The hotel was exceptionally clean, I liked it. My favourite property in Leeds.

Everything was simply second to none. There were excellent staff and rooms for a good stay for a long time. I appreciated the room with a bath, my bed was comfortable.

Well, it was a very nice stay for a long time.

It was fairly clean and the staff were amicable, beds were lovely. I enjoyed having a personal safe, an iron and an electronic key card. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of different food.

Clean and brand-new accom with unbeatable location close enough to motorway, restaurants and motorway, dining options.

Decent, pleasant people working here. Secluded location short walk to Leeds city centre, a major motorway junction, motorway, it was in a new area.

Would recomand the place, I did not want to leave. The rooms with a fridge and excellent facilities plus comfy beds.

We appreciated this staying. We had a sensational buffet breakfast with lots of meals. All of the staff was great and kind.

Nothing too much trouble, I recommend this hotel and will be back. The place is beautiful and reasonably clean, everything is very good, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The staff are helpful, and there is a friendly reception to relax in.

Super stuff and an incredible breakfast. We appreciated the family room with minimalistic furniture. That was refined hotel set in green area. Impeccable services were available. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Everything was fantastic, but we stayed for 1 night only. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was lovely.

Comfy venue, we would definitely book again. Favourable location, approachable staff, exceptionally comfortable beds. The units are great sized, new-fashioned. Loved fast check-in and late check-out.

all in all, it was great base for travelling to leeds. a private safe, cable channels and a writing desk where a nice touch. the hotel staff was welcoming, they all greeted us. we have stayed here before and totally recommend it.

We think it's an interesting place for staying in Leeds. The twin room suited us: it had central heating, ironing facilities and a study table. Moreover, we parked our car on-site.
